Chilled Cucumber Parsley & Yogurt Soup


You'll Need:
*3 cucumbers, peeled, seeds scooped out
*2 cloves garlic, peeled
*1 cup yogurt
*4 tablespoons roughly chopped parsley
*2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
*1 tablespoon olive oil
*Salt and Pepper to taste





Directions:

I would like u guys to, Place first three ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth. Add herbs, vinegar and olive oil and blend until smooth.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Garnish with chopped cucumber and parsley sprigs.
